Choices

There was a time where a bunch of my friends were at the mall. One of my friends really wanted this shocking pen, but he couldnt afford it. You could imagine where this is goin. He decided to steal it. As soon as i heard what he was planning on doing, I distanced myself from my friends. I thought stealing was wrong. After awhile i came back to see wat had happened. When i did i saw my friend sitting with a security guard calling his mother. Turns out he got caught and got in a lot of trouble. When i left my friends I thought i made a great decision, but as i thought about it i realized i probably could have talked him out of it. i felt dumb. Next time I will attempt to help someone not make the wrong decision.;
