Locker Room fight

Who are you?:
Middle School Student
Where are you from?:
Framingham, MA
One time after my Basketball game, a fight broke out in the locker room between my team and the opposing team. The conflict came up because my friend was trying to walk out the door while a girl from another team tried to walk in and pushed my friend aside. Before I knew it, half of the girls on my team were yelling and screaming at half the girls on the other team who were cursing back. It was a classic girl fight. However, there I was, standing on the side, debating with myself whether to be a bystander or to try to break the fight up. I chose to be risky and I stopped my friend from swinging at the other girl. In the end, the teacher came in and seperated everyone. Until this day, I still wonder if I should have interferred with the fight more, or if I should have stayed on the side, safe.
